22-year old Michiru (Masami NAGASAWA) starts to live with her boyfriend Sosuke (Ryo NISHIKIDO) only to find his true nature as an obsessive girlfriend-beater. With deep trauma, Sosuke just cannot leave her alone even though he knows he’s wrong. Ruka (Juri UENO), Michiru’s friend, tries to protect her but she has to face and accept her own true self as doing so, while Takeru (Eita), a very gentle young man, cannot tell his feeling toward Ruka. This dark drama follows a group of young people who are shy in love and have different serious problems respectively. With the shocking elements of domestic violence, gender issues, etc., they try to find themselves and the true meaning of love and life as they long for the dawn after the darkest night.
