Sakura is a stylist at a beauty salon, Happy-go-lucky. She’s 39, single, and is a spirited woman who can’t look the other way when someone is in trouble. One morning, she’s shocked to discover the beginnings of a beard growing on her chin. Apparently, overworking and stress can cause a woman’s body to become masculine, a phenomenon that’s on the rise these days. A nervous Sakura accepts a customer’s invitation to participate in a mixer. True to her prediction, she attracts no male attention at the social occasion and just drinks alone to excess. But then she encounters the handsome Hiroto, who gently places one of her high heels back on her foot after it accidentally comes off.
