Roccabianca, a famous Italian restaurant, is in danger of closing after the chef-owner of many years collapses. His daughter, Saori, who is a manager of the restaurant, brings in a brilliant first-class chef, Ezaki. However, Ezaki’s personality leaves something to be desired. He’s a rationalist who thinks that love and traditions are unnecessary when it comes to cooking. Indeed, Ezaki is a cooking nerd who doesn’t know the meaning of “compromise.”
A collaboration with Fuji TV’s popular program Iron Chef also takes place within the show. In fact, this whole series is a superb collaboration between comedy, emotions, and delicious food.
