Keita ASAKURA (Takuya KIMURA), 35, is a teacher for the 5th graders at an elementary school who loves kids and watching stars. But his life suddenly changes when his politician father and older brother die in an accident. He is forced to run the by-election to keep his late father’s seat at the House of Representative! Against all odds, he wins the election and becomes the fresh face in the center of the politics in Japan. But that’s not the end of the change of his life. This unwilling new politician becomes the Prime Minister miraculously and also because of some dark plan by powerful politicians. In this political comedy, one young man whose life is put in the political turmoil tries to do his best to make things better with his sincerity, humor and the aid from his supporters.
