The setting is Shonan, Enoshima, a town where nostalgia coexists with a sense of freshness.
Yuki is a high school student who has never really had any friends due to his awkward social skills.
But then self-professed alien Haru comes along and tries to take Yuki out for fishing.
And then there’s Natsuki, a native son of Enoshima, who finds fault with everything around him.
Meanwhile, a mysterious Indian, Akira, watches the boys from a distance.

These four youths are going through a stormy springtime of their lives when they meet and fish on this small island that becomes the center of a bigger story…
