Ryosuke Hazuki, a part-time flower shop employee is actually devoted to his work and secretly in love with his manager, Rokka Shimao.
Three years ago, Rokka decided to give up on love but one day, Hazuki ends up in Rokka’s apartment where he runs into a half-naked man. At first, Hazuki is angered by the circumstance, but the unexpected truth soon becomes clear. The man is actually the ghost of Rokka’s departed husband, Atsushi Shimao. It seems Rokka can’t see Shimao (the ghost), but he tries to get in the way of any potential romance between her and Hazuki. Undaunted by the interference, Hazuki persists in his affection, tries even harder to get it across, in fact, but doesn’t make any progress. But then, Shimao (the ghost) comes up with an unexpected proposal…
