Orphaned schoolgirl Karin Hanazono, having even lost her pet cat, is determined to live on her own independently and happily. Soon she meets Kazune Kujo, a bad-tempered but smart and occasionally sweet boy, and his pretty cousin Himeka and starts living with them.
